Char-grilled asparagus and beans with olive oil and black pepper

Ingredients
- 2 bunches asparagus
- 200g green beans
- 200g flat beans
- olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 limes
Method
- Blanch the asparagus and beans in boiling salted water for 2 minutes
- Drain and place into iced water immediately
- When cool drain and toss in some olive oil and salt
- Cook on a hot bbq until charred and serve with lots of black pepper and a squeeze of lime juice
