Pork and beansprout salad

ServesServes 4-6


  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30ml peanut oil
  • 120g pork mince
  • 250g beansprouts
  • 1 bunch garlic chives
  • 15ml fish sauce
  • pinch freshly ground white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • ½


bunch coriander leaves


  1. Peel and finely dice the garlic
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or large frypan, add the garlic and fry until golden
  3. Add the pork mince and stir over a high heat for 4-5 minutes until the pork is cooked
  4. Add the beansprouts, chopped garlic chives, fish sauce, pepper and sugar and stir fry until beansprouts start to wilt
  5. Serve with chopped coriander leaves
